  • How many exchanges and pairs do you support?

    We do have trading connections to all major crypto exchanges. Our standard package covers up to 3 exchanges, supporting up to 3 trading pairs on each exchange. Additional pairs and exchanges could be added by request.

  • How do we ensure the security of our client's assets?

    We trade via API with limited access and don't have the client's credentials from the exchange. Client tokens stay inside his accounts. Our API storage is encrypted.

  • Is there a real 24-hour trader on shift?

    Traders at mids.capital are always on guard. Taking 8-hour shifts to achieve 99% client satisfaction. You can reach out to them at any time of day.

  • What is mids.terminal?
